• Two small containers mounted on top are for holding Acid and water. Acid and water are fed into the mixing zone under vacuum to ensure that oxygen contamination is minimized

• No seals in the mixing zone whereas in the sigma mixer there are 4 seals (at the shaft entry points)
• The container being circular in section, providing top closure is easy and hence making it Vacuum Compatible is simple and maintenance free
• The mixing elements rotate around them selves and also traverse along the container thereby the amount of product handled at any given time is less and hence the power required is comparatively less, without effecting the mixing quality and time. Also dead zone is eliminated
• The mixing vessel can be removed from the mixing zone and hence cleaning the vessel as well as the mixing elements, is very easy, thereby eliminating any inter batch contamination
